全体来华留学生:

寒假已从2020年12月21日正式开始，近期中国境内连续出现新增新冠肺炎疫情病例，随着春节日益临近，国内流动频繁、聚集性活动增加，防控形势将更加严峻。为保障来华留学生健康、共同维护安全校园，留学生管理办公室特别提醒大家在假期继续做好个人防护，并严格遵守学校的各项防疫措施：

一、在中国境内的学生
1.每日按时上报行程信息，在津学生假期未经允许不得离津。

2.避免外出旅行，所在地变动须提前向辅导员报备或申请。

3.做好个人防护、避免人群聚集。

4.近期与境外或境内中高风险区来津人员有过接触的，须及时向辅导员报告。

5.密切关注当地政府和学校发布的防疫措施动态，并严格按照要求执行。

二、校内住宿学生

1.在校期间需每日按时测量体温并进行登记。

2.寒假期间学校实行封闭式管理，未经允许不得私自外出。

3.如有发热或其他不适症状，请及时联系辅导员。

三、校外住宿学生（含本市和外省市）
1.每日按时上报行程信息，寒假期间校园实行封闭管理，校外住宿学生不得进校。

2.校外住宿学生得到允许后方可申请返津返校，返校前需满足学校有关隔离和核酸检测的要求，未经批准不得返校。具体要求按照学校相关文件执行。

3.如遇特殊或紧急情况，请及时联系辅导员。

四、在中国境外的学生

1.假期间减少外出、避免人群密集、做好个人防护。

2.与导师、辅导员保持沟通。如遇任何问题或困难，学校学院将协助解决。

    3.关注学校学院相关通知。

All international students：

It has been almost one month since the winter holiday begins. New COVID-19 cases have recently emerged in China. The Spring Festival is coming up, which means there will be more domestic travel and group activities. This makes the prevention and control of the pandemic more complicated. In order to spend a safe and happy holiday, the International Students Office reminds you:

1.International Students living in China

Report the travel record every day. It’s not allowed to leave Tianjin without permission during the winter holiday.

Avoid cross-provincial travel. If you change your address because of personal reasons, please apply to your counselor in advance.

Wear a mask when going out, maintain social distance and pay attention to personal hygiene. Avoid going to crowded places to reduce the risk of infection.

Those who have had contact with people from overseas or from medium or high- risk areas in China should report to the counselors in time.

Pay close attention to the epidemic prevention measures issued by the local government and university, implement them in strict accordance with the requirements.

2.Students on-campus

Take your temperature check twice a day on time and make a record.

The campus is under closed management during the winter holiday. All students are not allowed to go outside without permission.
    If you have a fever or other symptoms, please contact your counselor immediately. 

3.Students living off campus (including Tianjin and other provinces)

Report the travel record every day. During the winter holiday, the campus is under closed management. Admission to school during winter holiday will not be allowed. 

Students living off campus (including in Tianjin and other provinces) can apply to return to school or Tianjin only after receiving the permission from the university. Students must meet the requirements of the regarding quarantine and nucleic acid testing before returning.  

Without approval, students are not allowed to return back. Specific requirements are implemented according to the university notice.

In case of special or emergency situations, please contact the counselor in time.

4.International Students outside China

Pay attention to personal hygiene. Avoid going to crowded places to reduce the risk of infection.

Keep in close contact with your counselors and your supervisor. If there are difficulties or problems, we will try to help you.  

Pay attention to the relevant notice from the office and the university.
