三、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：应该具有高中毕业同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过 25 周岁；
3.英语水平：申请人应达到TOEFL 成绩85分以上或 IELTS 成绩6.0分以上水平。
四、申请流程
登录“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统”（https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do）在线填写申请信息并提交所需申请材料。
五、申请材料
1.护照首页；
2.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明；
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.语言能力证明。如雅思或托福成绩单，毕业学校出具的授课语言证明。
5.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
6.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
7.财产证明。
六、收费标准
报名费：600元（不论录取与否，均不退还）；
学费：16000元/学年；
住宿费：600元/床/月，水费、电费学生自理。
七、奖学金
一等奖学金：免交全额学费，提供免费校内住宿（四人间）
二等奖学金：免交一半学费，提供免费校内住宿（四人间）
注：①免费提供住宿仅限规定房型，如需升级为双人间或单人间，按新房型原价支付住宿费，原免费提供住宿部分不得抵扣新房型费用。不允许校外住宿。
②国际教育学院招生办公室根据留学生报名材料进行审核并确定其第一学年奖学金的等次及资格。自第二学年起，留学生需每年参加奖学金年度评审，由国际教育学院留学生管理办公室根据其前一学年的表现评审其下一学年的奖学金资格，对存在违规违纪等行为者，学校依据《河北省政府-河北工业大学来华留学生联合奖学金管理办法》暂停或取消其奖学金资格。

2022 Prospectus of Hebei University of Technology for Bachelor Students
1. Application Time

(1) Supporting Category: Undergraduates.
(2) Majors: Mechatronic Engineering, Communication Engineering.
(3) Instruction Language: English.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
(1) be a citizen of a country other than the PRC and in good health both mentally and physically;
(2) be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or its equivalent under the age of 25;
(3) have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0.
4. Application Process
An applicant shall fill in and submit the application materials online via the Online Application System of Hebei University of Technology (Hebut) for International Students (https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do).
5. Application Documents
(1) A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page;
(2) Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status;
(3) Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;
(4) Certificate of language proficiency. An applicant shall provide his/her IELTS or TOEFL test report, or instruction language certificate;
(5) An applicant shall submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;
(6) An applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application;
(7) Financial report.
6. Fees and Charges
(1) Application fee: 600 RMB (Nonrefundable).
(2) Tuition fee: 16000 RMB/ academic year.
(3) Accommodation fee: 600 RMB/bed/month, the students are responsible for water and power.
7. Scholarship
First-class scholarship: free tuition, free university dormitory (Quadruple Room)
Second-class scholarship: half tuition, free university dormitory (Quadruple Room)
Notice:
① Free university dormitory is only provided in quadruple room. If you apply for a double room or a single room, you should pay the accommodation fee for the new room type. The fees for quadruple room can not be deducted from the price of the new room type. Off-campus accommodation is not allowed.
② According to the application documents, Admission Office of School of International Education (SIE) will grant the applicants the scholarship. From the second academic year, international students are required to do the Scholarship Annual Review. Based on the results of Scholarship Annual Review, scholarship will be determined by Management Office. The students who break the law or regulations will have their scholarships suspended or canceled in accordance with the policy.
