三、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过30周岁；
申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。
3.语言要求：申请以英文为专业教学语言的，英文水平应达到TOEFL 成绩85分以上或 IELTS 成绩6.0分以上水平。
四、申请流程
申请人登录“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统”（https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do），在线填写申请信息并提交所需申请材料。
五、申请材料
1. 护照首页；
2. 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明；
3. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4. 语言能力证明。申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单；
5. 来华学习或研究计划。研究生不少于1000字，用中文或英文书写；
6. 推荐信。须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7．《外国人体格检查表》。须提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
8. 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
9. 财产证明。
六、收费标准
1.报名费：600元（不论录取与否，均不退还）
2.学 费：硕士研究生电气工程、信息与通信工程、生物医学工程专业22,000元/学年, 艺术设计专业24,000元/学年;
博士研究生30000元/学年。

七、奖学金内容
（一）硕士研究生
一等奖学金：学费补贴20000元/学年，生活费20000元/学年，提供免费校内住宿（两人间）
二等奖学金：学费补贴20000元/学年
（二）博士研究生
一等奖学金：学费补贴30000元/学年，生活费30000元/学年，提供免费校内住宿（两人间）
二等奖学金：学费补贴30000元/学年
注：①免费提供住宿仅限规定房型，如需升级为单人间，按新房型原价支付住宿费，原免费提供住宿部分不得抵扣新房型费用。不允许校外住宿。
②国际教育学院根据留学生报名材料进行审核并确定其第一学年奖学金的等次及资格。自第二学年起，留学生需每年参加奖学金年度评审，由国际教育学院根据其前一学年的表现评审其下一学年的奖学金资格， 对存在违规违纪等行为者，学校依据《河北省政府-河北工业大学来华留学生联合奖学金管理办法》暂停或取消其奖学金资格。

2023 Prospectus of Hebei University of Technology for Postgraduate Programs
1. Application Time

(1) Supporting Category: Postgraduates.
(2) Majors
① Master’s program: Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Art Design
② Doctoral program: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Biomedical Engineering
(3) Instruction Language: English.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
(1) be a citizen of a country other than the PRC and in good health both mentally and physically;
(2) be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 30 when applying for a Master’s program;
be an academically excellent holder of a Master’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral program;
(3) have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0.
4. Application Process
An applicant shall fill in and submit the application materials online via the Online Application System of Hebei University of Technology for International Students (https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do).
5. Application Documents
(1) A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page;
(2) Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university;
(3) Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;
(4) Certificate of language proficiency. An applicant shall provide a certificate of English proficiency, such as the IELTS or TOEFL test report;
(5) A study or research plan written in English (no less than 1000 words/characters for postgraduates);
(6) Recommendation letters. An applicant for a postgraduate program shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors;
(7) An applicant shall submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;
(8) An applicant shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application;
(9) Financial report.
6. Fees and Charges
(1) Application fee: 600 CNY (Nonrefundable).
(2) Tuition fee:
① Master’s program: 22,000 CNY/ academic year for the majors of Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Biomedical Engineering; 24,000 CNY/ academic year for the major of Art Design
② Doctoral program: 30,000 CNY/ academic year

7. Scholarship Coverage
1) Master’s program
First-class scholarship: Tuition subsidy 20,000 CNY/ academic year; Living subsidy 20,000 CNY/ academic year; Free university dormitory (Double Room)
Second-class scholarship: Tuition subsidy 20,000 CNY/ academic year
2) Doctoral program
First-class scholarship: Tuition subsidy 30,000 CNY/ academic year; Living subsidy 30,000 CNY/ academic year; Free university dormitory (Double Room)
Second-class scholarship: Tuition subsidy 30,000 CNY/ academic year
Notice:
① Free university dormitory is only provided in double room. If you apply for a single room, you should pay the accommodation fee for the new room type. The fees for double room can not be deducted from the price of the new room type. Off-campus accommodation is not allowed.
② According to the application documents, School of International Education (SIE) will grant the applicants the scholarship. From the second academic year, international students are required to do the Scholarship Annual Review. Based on the results of Scholarship Annual Review, scholarship will be determined by SIE. The students who break the law or regulations will have their scholarships suspended or canceled in accordance with the policy.
