四、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。对于原为中国公民，后移民者，请按照教育部发布的《关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》规定执行；
2.学历和年龄要求：
申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过30周岁；
申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。
3.语言要求：英文水平应达到TOEFL 成绩85分以上或 IELTS 成绩6.0分以上水平。
五、申请流程
1.申请人登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（http://www.campuschina.org），在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料；
2.申请人登录“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统（https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do），在线填写申请信息并提交所需申请材料。
步骤1：打开网址并点击“register”注册账号（请填写有效的邮箱信息）；
步骤2：进入邮箱激活账号开始申请；
步骤3：选择申请的奖学金项目；
步骤4：选择申请的专业；
步骤5：按照要求填写相关信息。
六、申请材料
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。
2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2024年9月），请及时换发新护照。
3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
4.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。
5.语言能力证明。申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单，或其他可以证明英语能力的材料。
6.来华学习计划。研究生不少于1000字，用英文书写。
7.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，只可用中文或英文书写。
8.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。
9.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
七、审核-面试
河北工业大学将依据学生递交的材料进行审核，经相关专业院系专家组审查后择优选择面试人选。面试安排及面试结果将另行通知，请申请人即时关注邮箱信息。
八、录取及通知
1.河北工业大学向国家留学基金管理委员会提交推荐人选名单及申请材料；
2.国家留学基金管理委员会组织有关院校和专家对推荐人选进行资格和学术审核，确定录取人选；
3.国家留学基金管理委员会通知河北工业大学录取结果，由河北工业大学通知申请人。

3. Scholarship
(1) Free tuition
(2) Free accommodation or accommodation subsidy
(3) Living expenses: Master’s students 3,000 CNY/month; Doctoral students 3,500 CNY /month.
(4) Medical insurance: 800 CNY/person/year
4. Eligibility
(1)be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health; For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, the conditions set by the Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China should be meet;
(2) be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 30 when applying for a Master’s program;
be an academically excellent holder of a Master’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral program;
(3) have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0.
5. Application Procedure
(1)Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International Students (Visit http://www.campuschina.org ), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and submit the related documents;
(2)Complete the online application procedure at HEBUT Online Application System for International Students (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do ).
6. Application Documents
(1)Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (Chinese or English);
(2) A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page (Expiry date later than September 2024). If the validity of the current passport does not meet the requirement, please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
(3)Diploma and certificate of highest education. An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university;
(4)Academic transcripts. Transcripts should include results from the undergraduate, master's (if any), doctoral (if any) stage to the most recent semester. Transcripts should be issued and stamped by the academic affairs office, graduate school or the student administration department. Transcripts should be provided in Chinese/English. If the transcript is in a language other than English, an English translation must be provided and notarized;
(5) Certificate of language proficiency. An applicant shall provide a certificate of English proficiency, such as the IELTS or TOEFL test report, or other documents to proof English proficiency;
(6)A study plan written in English (no less than 1000 words);
(7)Recommendation letters. Applicants for graduate programs must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors;
(8)Applicants must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months;
(9)Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
7. Evaluation and Interview
HEBUT will select the best candidates for interview according to the submitted materials of students. Interview date will be announced afterwards. Please pay attention to your email timely.
8. Scholarship Confirmation
(1) HEBUT shall submit the list of recommended candidates and materials to CSC.
(2) CSC will organize relevant institutions and experts to conduct qualification and academic review of the recommended candidates to determine the admission candidates.
(3) CSC will notify HEBUT of the admission result, and HEBUT will notify the applicant.
