三、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。对于原为中国公民，后移民者，请按照教育部发布的《关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》规定执行；
2.学历和年龄要求：应该具有高中毕业同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过 22 周岁；
3.语言要求：申请以中文为专业教学语言的，中文水平应达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级210分以上；申请以英文为专业教学语言的，英文水平应达到TOEFL 成绩85分以上或 IELTS 成绩6.0分以上水平。
四、申请流程
申请人登录“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统”，在线填写申请信息并提交所需申请材料。网址为https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do。
步骤1：打开网址并点击“register”注册账号（请填写有效的邮箱信息）；
步骤2：进入邮箱激活账号开始申请；
步骤3：选择申请的奖学金项目；
步骤4：选择申请的专业；
步骤5：按照要求填写相关信息。
五、申请材料
1.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2024年9月），请及时换发新护照。
2.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
3.学习成绩单。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。
4.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单，或其他可以证明英语能力的材料。
5.来华学习计划。用中文或英文书写，不少于200字。
6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。
7.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
8.财产证明（个人经济能力证明或者经济担保证明）。
9.如有必要，可提供证明学习能力和综合素质等资料 （如获奖证书，实习证明等）。
注: 申请者所有上传的各类证书或公证件需提交中文或英文原件，如原件为其他语言，需同时提交原件及中文或英文翻译公证件。如有造假，将取消该生的入学及奖学金资格。
六、审核-面试
河北工业大学将依据学生递交的材料进行审核，择优选择面试人选。面试安排及面试结果将另行通知，请申请人即时关注邮箱信息。
七、收费标准
1.报名费：600元（不论录取与否，均不退还）
2.学费：工商管理专业、汉语国际教育专业14000元/学年；通信工程专业16000元/学年。

②申请河北省政府-河北工业大学联合奖学金的留学生，国际教育学院对其材料进行审核并确定其第一学年奖学金的等次及资格。自第二学年起，留学生需每年参加奖学金年度评审，由国际教育学院根据其前一学年的表现评审其下一学年的奖学金资格，对存在违规违纪等行为者，学校依据《河北省政府-河北工业大学来华留学生联合奖学金管理办法》暂停或取消其奖学金资格。

2024 Prospectus of Hebei University of Technology for Undergraduate Programs

3. Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
(1) be a citizen of a country other than the PRC and in good health both mentally and physically;For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, the conditions set by the Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China should be met;
(2) be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or its equivalent under the age of 22 when applying for an undergraduate program;
(3) have HSK (Level 4) results not lower than 210 when applying for a Chinese-taught undergraduate program;
(4) have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0 when applying for an English-taught undergraduate program.
4. Application Process
An applicant shall fill in and submit the application materials online via the Online Application System of Hebei University of Technology for International Students (https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do).

5. Application Documents
(1) A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page (Expiry date later than September 2024). If the validity of the current passport does not meet the requirement, please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
(2) Diploma and certificate of highest education. An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university;
(3) Academic transcripts. Transcripts should be issued and stamped by the academic affairs office, graduate school or the student administration department. Transcripts should be provided in Chinese/English. If the transcript is in a language other than English, an English translation must be provided and notarized;
(4) Certificate of language proficiency. When applying for a Chinese-taught program, an applicant shall provide a valid HSK score report. When applying for an English-taught program, an applicant shall provide a certificate of English proficiency, such as the IELTS or TOEFL test report or other documents to proof English proficiency;
(5) A study plan written in Chinese or in English (no less than 200 words/characters);
(6) An applicant shall submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;
(7) An applicant shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application;
(8) Financial report (Certificate of Bank Saving or Income Certificate of Financial Guarantor);
(9) Other attachments: If necessary, applicants can provide evidence of learning ability and comprehensive quality (such as award certificates, internship certificates, etc.)
Note: All uploaded certificates or notarized documents must be in Chinese or English. If the original documents are in other languages, the original documents and certified translations should be submitted together. Applicants who provide fake materials will be disqualified from admission and scholarship.
6. Evaluation-Interview
HEBUT will select the best candidates for interview according to the submitted materials of students. Interview date will be announced afterwards. Please pay attention to your email timely.
7. Fees and Charges
(1) Application fee: 600 CNY (Nonrefundable).
(2) Tuition fee: 14,000 CNY/ academic year for majors of Business Administration and International Chinese Language Education; 16,000 CNY/ academic year for major of Communication Engineering.

Note: ① Free university dormitory is only provided in designated room. If you apply for a double room or a single room, you should pay the accommodation fee for the new room type. The fees for designated room cannot be deducted from the price of the new room type.
② For students who apply Hebei Provincial Government-HEBUT Scholarship, according to the application documents, School of International Education (SIE) will grant the applicants the scholarship. From the second academic year, international students are required to do the Scholarship Annual Review. Based on the results of Scholarship Annual Review, scholarship will be determined by SIE. The students who break the law or regulations will have their scholarships suspended or canceled in accordance with the policy.
